A native of the Newport Beach, Joe graduated with honors from California State University, Fresno, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He also graduated with an IT degree in Network Administration from the Computer Education Institute in Lake Forest, California. Joe is a Cisco certified Network Engineer, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and has Novel and A+ Certifications.
